How To Make a Princess Tutu

This is a special post for my great niece, Madelyn. She will be starting ballet this year for the first time. Her mommy asked on her blog "How to make a tutu?" Well Liz, here's the "How To" video I was talking about. I haven't tried it yet, but they look adorable and as soon as I find time, I'd like to make a few for Katie and her friends to play around in.
