Bright Star's Tartar Sauce
(Yields 1 quart)
Ingredients:
1 qt. commercial-style salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
2 (10 oz.) jars pickle relish
1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/3 carrot, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
Directions:
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate until served.
