Smoked Tuna Dip Recipe

Smoked Tuna Dip Recipe
1 small can albacore tuna, drained well
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened slightly
1 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon worcestershire
scant 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
scant 1/2 teaspoon salt
dash or two of Tabasco sauce
paprika

Blend all the ingredients together with mixer.  Adjust seasonings to your liking. Sprinkle paprika on top for decoration.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups

Doug and I like to order Smoked Tuna Dip when we eat at Cajun Steamers Restaurant.  They serve it with crackers.  Yesterday after church, he was hungry for this dip.  Unfortunately, it takes about an hour or so to drive to Cajun Steamers.  He found this recipe online from Pinch My Salt.
