I was hungry for a good chicken casserole. Some of the recipes that I found were either to bland sounding or they called for ingredients that I didn't have in my cupboard. So, I did the basic steps and added what I thought would be good. Doug and guests enjoyed it very much and requested that it stay on the recipe cycle.
Enjoy!

Mirya - I will get you the email address for Ms. Judy, the nice lady that made the Alabama cross for me. She is from Tupelo. She can do them in all sizes and designs - not necessarily team colors. I ordered the biggest one she made just because our house sets so far off the road and I wanted people to be able to see it. I will get it to you as soon as I can get my hands back on it. I gave it out to a friend, so I know it's around here somewhere! Hope ya'll are having a great weekend!!
Looks yummy!! I'll have to try this one day this week!
