The only exciting news around "God's Country" is a local restaurant "Johnny's" was in the newspaper this past week. A local resident exposed her breast in the restaurant in order to breast feed her baby. After several complaints, one of the waitresses asked to give the woman a clean towel to place over her baby & her chest. Well, that stirred up a bee's nest. This same woman gathered up some other Pro-public breast feeder women and protested in front of the restaurant. Here's the article: www.cullmantimes.com/homepage/local_story_074231757.html?keyword=leadpicturestory . We go to church with the Wiggins. In fact, we are all in the same Sunday School Class. Needless to say, Gary got a little teased today in class. He was a good sport over the whole thing.
After church, we went to OfficeMax. Doug purchased a USB Drive & external drive for my laptop computer. We drove by Pat & June's house and visited with them for a little while. Katie was in heaven. She had her June, rocks & steps to climb on. We tried to get her to ride the tractor with Uncle Pat, but she got scared at the last minute. I had the video camera all ready but she wouldn't have it.
